Naijatreks Tourism Ambassador 2011- The Mr Ideal Nigeria Project

 

In further achieving the aims and objectives of Naijatreks Foundation in promoting the awareness and consciousness of tourism in Nigeria, we decided to throw the torch directly on the upcoming generation of young people in the Country.

To ensure this, Naijatreks Foundation is collaborating with Twitch & Stiles Events on her MR IDEAL NIGERIA 2011 MALE FASHION PAGEANT (www.mridealnigeria.com), in which Mr Ideal Nigeria shall also be branded Naijatrek’s Tourism Ambassador.

AIMS
The partnership between Naijatreks Foundation and Twitch & Stiles Events on the Mr Ideal Nigeria 2011 is aimed at-

1. Branding Mr Ideal Nigeria as an excellent and iconic individual as well as a position that supports the promotion of Nigeria’s Tourism and Culture, at home and abroad.

2. To promote the aims of objectives of Naijatreks Foundation in her passion to promote awareness about the wealth of tourism potentials Nigeria is blessed with, as well as the conservation of her endangered natural resources.

The crowned Mr Ideal Nigeria 2011 shall therefore have the priviledge of working with and representing Naijatreks in all her activities for the next one year.

These activities shall involve meetings and intellectual discussions with top-ranking government officials in the tourism sector; exploratory trips to some exciting, carefully selected, off-the-beaten-path tourist destinations within the country; tourism awareness campaigns that are strategically targeted at exposing the younger generation to the wealth of tourist endowments present in their immediate geographical location (this shall kindle the passion, love and care for the outdoors in the hearts of young people); as well as other ongoing activities of Naijatreks Foundation.

    @Fola…true – very true! I’ve just had an idea…I’ve been writing a lot on Naija and I think it is time for me to make a trip there and discover the beauty of this great nation and its people. I will let you know when that will happen but God willing, before end of 2011.
