At Assop Waterfalls, they Raced…

Post 207 of 232

Assop waterfalls

One day a rabbit was bragging to the toad that he was the fastest of all animals.
He dared the toad to jump into the water and race with him.
Limpid waters leaped and raged from an impressive height above,
Orchestrating defeaning belows as they hit a pool below.
The toad struggled to hear the half-mutted voice of the daring Rabbit,
The frigid air nudged his spongy skin,
The copius falls glistened across the misty air,
The polished rocks formed a radiant smile around the plummeting waters,
Sempervirent bushes and crawling plants hugged the slopes with romantic gestures.
Like in a trance, the toad felt ungulfed in a galaxy of unspeakable beauty,
“Yes” he dared the braggart to the race,
For him, the challenge is worth the try,
For him, his speed shall beat the time,
Since his arena shall be the charming waters of Assop Waterfalls.
